Fayetteville-Manlius girls volleyball blanks Niskayuna to reach 1st state final four

Fayetteville-Manlius coach Jerime McHerron was getting a flood of congratulatory texts from his former girls volleyball players on Saturday.
The reason was not only due to the Hornets securing a Class AA regional crown following a 3-0 win over Section II’s Niskayuna, but F-M also punched its ticket for the program’s first-ever trip to New York state pool play round in Glens Falls.
