Vintage Royal Winton Brocade Breakfast Set Cup Creamer Sugar & Tray Missing Toast Rack Nice!
Up for auction is a wonderful Royal Winton breakfast set with a teacup, creamer, sugar and tray or base in the lovely Brocade pattern in a nice luster burgundy color.  It is missing the toast rack.  These pieces are all in excellent condition with no chips or cracks, but there is some light crazing mostly visible on the bases.  The creamer has hardly any crazing at all.  The gold trim is also excellent on all of these.  Any discoloration is from the lighting.
The nice octagonal handled tray measures about 9 1/4" from handle edge to opposite handle edge and 8" high.  There are 3 round indentations for the cup, creamer and sugar and 1 more rectangular for the toastrack.  It is marked on the base with the green ink Royal Winton Grimwades Made in England mark with an A under that.  This is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or scratches and only very light crazing on the base that doesn't show on the top.  The luster colors, pattern, and gold trim are excellent!  The lovely teacup measures about 3" tall, 3 1/4" in diameter and about 4" from edge of handle to opposite rim of cup.  Same mark on the base as tray.  This cup is also in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or scratches and only some crazing on the base and very light crazing on the inside of the cup.  The luster colors, pattern, and gold trim are also excellent!  The nice little creamer measures about 2 1/4" high at spout, 2" in diameter and 3 1/4" from tip of spout to edge of handle. The mark is the same as the other pieces.  This creamer is nearly perfect with no chips, cracks, scratches and just the tiniest bit of light crazing. The luster colors, pattern, and gold trim are also excellent--with just the tiniest bit of missing gold paint near the handle--very minor and may have come from the factory like that.   The cute little sugar has slight handles on the edges and measures about 1 1/4" high, 3" from "handle" to "handle" and 2 1/2" in diameter.  Same mark on base.  This sugar is also excellent with no chips, cracks or scratches and only some very light crazing on the base only.  The luster colors, pattern, and gold trim are also excellent!  Same mark as rest.  This set looks like it was never or rarely used.  Maybe someone has the toast rack to complete this beautiful set!
