    For Parts or Restoration, I’m Not sure if is complete, the wheel & grinding mechanize is Seized up, will not turn, The wood handle shows signs of weathering, Heavy oxidation, there is a broken ear on the back side, where #70 is, see photo #12 ( See Photos for Details )
