    Description

    For your consideration a vintage wooden dovetail hand crank coffee grinder / mill. Overall this grinder measures about 6" x 6" x 5" tall (these dimension are the wooden parts and include the base and top). The black cast iron grinding mechanism and handle adds an additional 6" to the overall height. The dovetail body is stained dark oak. The cast iron crank handle and side handle are black and crank handle grip

    ball is  painted black. The grinder is in used condition (and still working just fine) and has some
    wear on both the crank handle and the drawer pull.
    Some stain loss on the corners of the body of the grinder.  Lots of patina on this old one. The grounds collection drawer is not dovetail construction and is not a tight fit. It has nailed-together construction and has a tigerwood (?) front.  The front label has long since faded to black and cannot be used to identify the maker. There is a crack in the base and a corner of the base is missing from prior damage.
