I had a few pairs that I used for backpacking over the years. Super tough cowhide uppers, excellent construction and 4 loop /2 hook lace up. Support for your ankle, great outsole. They have seen one or two walks up the mountain but not damaged. Lightly worn just a little scuffed. Normal wear from a hike or 2 without any damage or significant wear. Men’s size 7
