SONIC S-81 \ DIVINYCELL H-80 RIGID FOAM SHEET MAKING THE WORLD LIGHTER This auction is for 1 – full sheet 2400 mm x 1200 mm (94.5” x 47.25”), of SONIC S-81 \ DIVINYCELL H-80 @ 1.5 mm thickness. Sheet is uncut & rolled into an individual carton box. Materials are available in stock & ready to ship from our USA office location. ORDER 2 or more rolls & receive a 5% discount. AIREX, DIAB, DIVINYCELL, GURIT – all materials classified under our general brand of rigid foams we refer to as SONIC materials and simplify using our numeric density rating. DIVINYCELL H-80 is a material manufactured by DIAB considered to be a long-lead time material. SONIC materials are a “general classification” given by Clarasonic for the various inner core composite suppliers as often terminology given by supplier may be misleading. Clarasonic uses a numeric rating scale to define density rating (similar to that of ROHACELL) which allows better comparison to other types of inner core material solutions that we offer. Rating of DIVINYCELL H-80 = 81. SONIC S-81 \ DIVINYCELL H-80 is a mid-density rigid foam capable of bonding to almost any surface such as carbon fiber, fiberglass, aluminum and other composite materials. Used as an inner core material sandwiched between composite skins such as carbon fiber, SONIC S-81 \ DIVINYCELL H-80 is capable of making a part up to +10x stronger. Ideally suited for RC aircraft \ hobbyist projects, sporting goods and used in aerospace, marine, medical & automotive products. CLARASONIC is a Thailand based factory that specializes in the slicing of inner core composite materials such as SONIC rigid foams & honeycomb. DIVINYCELL and other SONIC PVC rigid foams are considered as long-lead time materials from the manufacture. CLARASONIC imports containers of various different inner core material blocks to our factory warehouse including ROHACELL, DIVINYCELL, NOMEX & ARAMID \ KEVLAR HONEYCOMB. Small 4” x 4” (100mm x 100mm) sample kits of many of CLARASONIC inner core materials are available to order & ideal for testing.
