ROYAL WINTON "SUMMERTIME" ASCOT FLAT DEMITASSE CUP & SAUCER 4 OZ
We are offering an ascot flat demitasse cup & saucer in the "Summertime" pattern by Royal Winton. It can hold approximately 4 oz of liquid.
The made in England flat demitasse cup measures approximately 2 1/2" in diameter by 2 1/8" tall & the saucer approximately 4 5/8" in diameter. They weigh approximately 3 oz together.
The cup & saucer are in the Summertime style with violet, pink, & yellow flowers with green leaves against a cream background.
There is gold trim on the top rim of the cup & handle as well as on the rim of the saucer. The cup is in the Ascot shape.
The back stamp mark on the back indicates that these are from the pre-1960 production of this pattern from Royal Winton.
The ascot flat demitasse cup & saucer are in very good condition for its age -no cracks or chips noted!
There is wear on the floral pattern and crazing on both the cup & saucer.
