Royal Winton Grimwades Square Luncheon Plate PEKIN Black Gold Trim 1951
This is a very rare really gorgeous square shape luncheon plate in the 1951 hand painted Pekin Black Chintz pattern from Royal Winton Grimwades.
It depicts an intricate Chinese scene in vivid colors
yellow and pink chintz
set against black background
with gold edging.
The edges of the the plate are scalloped and decorated with gold gilt trim.
Made in England in 1951
This treasure is approx.:
width: 8 ¾”
It was well cared for.
On the underside there are tiny minor denting irregularities, possible manufacturer's  defect, some
staining and some crazing on surface due to age,
otherwise in excellent pre-loved condition.
