    Description

    Royal Winton Ivory "Marguerite" butter dish with cover, c. 1930s.  Ivory background with floral sprays.  Made in England.   Butter dish measures approximately 6-1/4" wide x 4-1/2" deep.  The lid measures approximately 4-1/2" in width 3" in depth x 1-3/4" in height.  Overall good vintage condition with normal imperfections for age.  I see no chips or cracks but crazing is present throughout on both pieces (please see photos).
    These pieces are part of an exquisite chintz collection that I acquired via estate sale.  I will be posting many more pieces over the next couple of weeks and I am happy to combine shipping.  Please feel free to ask questions or request additional photos.
