ROYAL WINTON BON BON Compote Dish from King Edward VIII auction 1937, 9 1/8" X 2 7/8", made in England, Helen Edwards a school teacher from Welsh Settlement Pa married David Davies a college professor, they went on honeymoon to England in 1937 and bought this dish at King Edward VIII's auction at Swansea Wales in 1937. They lived on Grant Street Wellsboro, Pennsylvania. I have had this dish in storage for decades. The dish shows little or no wear but has glaze crazing as shows in pictures.
