I am an Army vet that has been re-purposing and making cooler style swamp coolers for number of years now to sell on Ebay in my work shop out back.
This item is made from a
BRAND NEW NEVER USED
cooler. This is my sized small unit. My mini personal 5qt units have a 4" fan. This unit has a larger 6" USB fan in the lid. This small light weight durable portable sized personal unit is a great size for a travel unit and can easily be taken on the go. Igloo cooler measures 13" long by 13" tall  to top of lid handle and 9" wide. Hold 9 quarts of ice. This personal compact unit is wonderful for helping cool off your immediate personal space on a hot day. Great on a golf cart because the dual vents in the lid swivel and allow both passengers can get a bit of a cool breeze when needed. Set it on an end table next to your bed at night for some cool air to help with comfortable sleeping on a hot night. or use in house wall plug...Can even plug strait into and run off of your laptop if you like! Brand new 6" metal blade USB fan is mounted in top. Actual fan color may differ from what is pictured,. Vent in lid swivels so you can point it where ever you like. I have recently started using a larger vent for better air flow.  Light weight and easy to transport. Simply fill with ice, plug in and start cooling off. The fan blows over the ice and tada....you have cool air blowing out the vent. Simply plug in and set the unit next to you for a nice cool stream of air on a hot day. Best part is its costs you no more than a bag of ice! Other professionally manufactured Swamp Coolers that are available are incredibly expensive and not exactly portable, durable or user friendly...I have yet to come across one made with a USB port that would allow you to add so many plug attachments and could be used so many places....the uses are endless.....sooo Here you go! This is NOT professionally manufactured...they are made by ME...in my workshop one at a time. This cooler is brand new and I currently have a few available in this color and dual exhaust style. Please take a good look at all pics and ask questions before you bid if need be.
One other statement just to clarify the unit. I have had a few adverse feedbacks left so want to make the following CLEAR.
This unit is NOT an air conditioner in the standard use of the word. It does NOT contain any Freon or chemicals to chill the air as all true air conditioners do. This is a true swamp cooler...natural cooling unit. It works by pulling in the warm air and cooling that air over ice.
This small sized unit will absolutely NOT cool down an entire room, vehicle or boat cabin. This unit is a personal sized unit meant to cool just your personal space. Meaning a cool stream of air blown directly on you.
If you want a unit to cool a room, vehicle or boat cabin or tent... I DO sell those but they are larger units with larger fans. Please check my other listings for larger units. This unit is NOT meant to replace or take the place of a regular AC unit and will NOT cool the way an AC unit does. It is a low cost effective way to cool the air in the personal space around you and to give you some relief on a hot day where you otherwise would not have access to cool air.
Also while this IS a metal blade fan that does move a good amount of air... Please keep in mind it is an energy efficient USB fan and NOT a high speed industrial style fan meant to blow your wig off. So fan is limited on air flow because its designed to allow you to use it with less current therefore allowing you to use a solar charger or phone charger to power it. W
hat you gain in extreme portability you loose in fan speed.
