Fedex, UPS, TNT, DHL tracking is available on their websites.

EU countries are excluded from the list of available countries, as we have to charge 21% VAT (Value Added Tax) if the item is sold to Europe.

Returns and Refunds
We accept returns

after the delivery date:

Return conditions

Item should not be used/installed.
Item should be returned in original packaging with original tags.
Return shipping tracking number has to be provided.
Buyer pays return shipping.
Customs fees or taxes paid by buyer are not refundable.
Refund
(by the same method as the payment was made) will be given within 2 business days after return delivery date as:

For items that are defective (used items only), were sent by our mistake (we did the _Compatibility_ verification of the item based on your car's VIN number) or we have sent you something different to what you have ordered.
Partial refund

if you changed your mind or bought the item by mistake or it's incompatible with your car (we haven't done item _Compatibility_ verification of the item based on your car's VIN).
Items that cannot be returned

Any item more than 14 days after delivery.
Items advertized as broken/for spares/repairs.
Any personalized items (pre-programmed with your car's VIN).
