, the delivery time and shipping cost depend on the specific country and often has to be quoted individually. We do offer combined shipping and in many cases we do recommend you buy more at once as many shipping rates are not that much more for a bit more weight.

We only ship PRIORITY mail and do not offer economy shipping due to the lack of tracking on those.
Small shipments are trackable only on the day they were shipped and the day they are being delivered, you cannot see their progress.
Bigger shipments ( over 4lbs) will be able to be tracked step by step.
European Summer is often not as hot as some places in the world so we guarantee shipping at the perfect temperature HOWEVER
we cannot vouch for items melted during shipping and will not be refunding those purchases.
Due to the length of travel with most shipments, we cannot offer shipping with a cool pack.
Shipping time:
With most items , we will ship your items within 2-5 business days however sometimes we do also wait for our supplier to supply us items you have ordered so please keep that in mind.
Delivery time:
We have a lot of experience with shipping from Europe and oftentimes customers do not understand how some items come within 7-14 business days and some take 6 weeks. THIS CAN HAPPEN! We reserve ourselves the right to refuse refunds on order that have not exceeded the 6 week period.

HOLIDAYS
whether they are your country's holidays or EUROPEAN holiday, every post office slows down and this will affect your shipment. In our years of experience shipments ordered between NOVEMBER 20th and DECEMBER 30th will be heavily delayed ,some even come in late January. So please be aware of this when ordering during these times.
Availability/ special orders:
We are able to get you almost anything you want from Europe, please ask for custom orders.
Due to the amount of stuff we sell we sometimes run out of something or we did not notice a certain thing not being made anymore, we will then be forced to cancel your order. While this does not happen often, it does happen sometimes so please we ask that you understand this situation we are not perfect :D
