Poach Eggs in No Time!
1: Get Crackin'
After washing you egg poacher, grease the cups with butter or oil and crack an egg into each poaching cup.
2: Place in the Water
Add 2 cups of water to the pan and allow to simmer. Then, place the tray with the cups into the simmering water.
3: Cook
Place the lid on the pan & cook to desired doneness. (2 minutes for runny yolks or 4 minutes for firmer yolks).
4 Serve & Enjoy
Remove the eggs from the cups and use the silicone spatula to serve directly onto your plate.

Recipe: Classic Eggs Benedict
Ingredients
: 2 English muffins, 4 poached eggs, 4 slices Canadian bacon, 3 egg yolks, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp dijon mustard, ¼ tsp salt, ½ cup of butter, pinch of cayenne pepper
Melt the butter in the microwave until hot (almost bubbling).
Using a blender, combine the egg yolks, lemon juice, dijon, salt, & cayenne pepper. Slowly add in the hot butter while the blender is running. Your hollandaise sauce should be thick & creamy.
Toast your English muffins. Then, top each with a slice of Canadian bacon.
Add your poached egg on top and drizzle with hollandaise sauce.
Recipe: Avocado Toast
Ingredients:
4 poached eggs, 2 ripe avocados, 1 tsp butter or margarine, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt & pepper, red pepper flakes, 4 slices of the bread of your choice.
Peel and pit your avocados. Then, lightly mash your avocado, butter, and lemon juice.
Add salt and pepper to taste
Spread the avocado mash onto your toasted slices of bread
Top with your poached eggs and sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Then, serve & enjoy!
