    Description

    A vintage mid-century, Iro-Urushi, layered colored lacquer, pendant.  This type of material is often called Camo Bakelite because it will test positive for Bakelite due to the phenols in its composition.  This piece has 40 layers at least and is two different color combinations depending on what side you are looking at.  This piece measures about 2.25"L by 1 "W.  This piece is in good condition with light abrasions.
