First: a note about my low feedback score
I've been selling on eBay for about 18 years, something over 1600 items sold. That may seem piddling compared to some sellers, but I'm just an individual selling stuff I no longer want, not a business. It appears I have reached some threshold because somewhere deep inside the computer code that runs eBay, a software check has decided my original seller account is no longer allowed to use the automatic relist feature. I've called eBay about this twice and the techs insist this option should be available, but it just isn't. A friend could still use it so I concluded the check must be userid specific and created this new ID to see if the feature is available. It is, so I'm starting from scratch with zero feedback. Per IRS web site (long gone) you drill a hole on the center-line of the chassis on each end and put the pins from the buttons in the holes. Then you adjust position of chassis items and weights until the chassis stays level balanced on the curved surface of the buttons.
