Shipping:
I ship within 3 business days of payment received. I post all tracking numbers so you can know when your item left and the route it is taking. I love when things go through the post office quickly, but sometimes this does not happen.I cannot control how fast the post office delivers items, so please keep this in mind. I know sometimes you need your item as quickly as possible due to holidays, etc.… I just need to know ahead of time so I can get it ready. If an item is damaged in transit the claim will go through the shipping service selected. I am not responsible for shipping damage if YOU did NOT add insurance. See below for insurance info.
PLEASE NOTE: if you select usps Parcel post does NOT have insurance. If you would like insurance on your parcel post package that is an additional cost and you would need to let me know before payment so I can add that extra charge. Priority mail has up to of insurance. If you want more than that, it is anadditional cost, message me upon payment so I can add it. FedEx ground offers up to 0 claim coverage on all packages.
First Class:
Smaller items can be sent first class to save on shipping. I always want to save the buyer as much $ as possible. No insurance is offered with first class.
Media Mail:
I send all books Media Mail if possible. This is your best bang for the buck. It is slow to say the least, but if you are willing to wait you will save a lot of $ on shipping. I can also mail item Priority Mail or First Classif desired. Please let me know right after auction ends if you DO NOT WANT IT SHIPPED MEDIA MAIL. I can then invoice you the correct amount with the higher shipping cost.
Returns:
I do not accept returns except under certain circumstances. If I have made an error and have not described something accurately, I will accept a return. If you have a problem, let me know right away (3 days maximum). Not a week or two after. If an item has an issue, I will offer a FUL
