Any Poster Damaged by the Courier
Please message me and select ( Send the seller a message ) without asking for a Return of an item or any other action on eBay to get the fastest result. Otherwise, I will have to conform with eBay and wait for them to get involved, which might take weeks. Very frustrating if it is a gift and you need it Asap.
Please Send and Message my eBay, and Email me clear photo evidence of the ( Please use the best resolution you have when sending the jpeg Image so I can see the damage without pixelating )
We can claim off the courier and send you a new poster Asap, normally the two working days if conforming to the above

Lost Packages
In case the package has been lost, the first thing to do is to check whether the submitted address is 100% correct; even 1 missing letter/number can cause delivery failure. If the address is correct, please make sure to contact the local post office. In our experience, we occasionally see that the package is stored at the local post office upon arriving at the destination city. The recipient has to collect the package from there. After both of these measures have been completed, please reach out to our support team, and we will investigate on our end and issue a replacement if we determine that there was no error on yours.
