    Types of returns and resolutions
    Unwanted
    - A restocking fee may apply depending on if the warehouse you activated charges a restocking fee.
    Defective
    - No restocking fee will be charged and you will have the option of refund or replacement depending on your request.
    Damaged
    - No restocking fee, damages must be reported within 7 days of package delivery and we will initiate a damage claim with the carrier.
    Missing Part(s)
    - In most cases we will try to get the warehouse to send the missing part(s), if this is not an option it will be treated as a not as described return.
    Not as Described
    - If a product arrives not as described you will not be charged a restocking fee. We will review the circumstances on a case by case basis and either replace the item or have it returned for a refund.
