Burger King 1999 Collection of 58 sealed ball Pokemon Toys. There are actually 59 in a complete set, and this is missing 70-15. Each individual package is sealed, never opened and was acquired to complete a set. Each package is marked for identification. The whole lot was stored indoors in a cool environment. However there may be a few of the toys with lighted or sound features and the condition with batteries is unknown being they were unopened. Also enclosed is a check list of the set. For those not familiar with a recall Dec. 1999, there was a warning on the plastic balls after a fatal suffocating incident. These toys were given with the “kids club” meals and intended for young children. The warning stated the risk with children under age 3 and a voluntary recall of the plastic balls. I have included a copy of the 1999 warning from the BK website. But there is more expressing the same on the internet if you are concerned. And if you have any questions please message me.
