In excellent condition and can be used on a box spring, but you’ll get the best result using it in a framed platform to give the mattress more structure. It has been used on a platform and in a sunken platform. The Premium Waveless Tubes are also in excellent condition (8 total) and have always been treated every 6 months with a conditioner tablet.
