In the unlikely event that your item is incorrect, faulty or damaged on arrival, we must be notified within 7 working days through the eBay message service. Claims outside this period will not be accepted. Please message us to organise the item’s return and we will then either replace it or issue a full refund immediately. Where an item has been purchased in error i.e. the wrong model of phone, we will be happy to offer an exchange for the correct item. In this instance a £1 fee will be applicable to cover additional postage and packaging for the replacement item.

Once we have acknowledged the return please then package the item securely in the original packaging and send it to us within a maximum 30 days following the date that the item was delivered to you. On receipt of the returned item we will assess it and the money will be refunded. In this instance GadgetWear will refund the price paid for the item, additional services where requested by the customer (such as express delivery) will be excluded. We will not however refund the cost of the return postage. We would recommend you send items Recorded when returning them, as we are not responsible if the item is lost or damaged in the return post. All our products come with a 6 month warranty that covers manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user. Our guarantees refer to the quality, durability and relative fitness for purpose during the first 6 months after delivery. Guarantees will be invalidated if, in our opinion, product failure is caused by inappropriate or excessive use. When returning an item, please ensure you contact us via eBay message service.
