Antique Working Arcade Crystal Coffee Grinder With Jar.
This Arcade Crystal 25 mill has been passed down through the years since at least 1912, but probably longer.  We have no need or use for it, so want it to go to a good home where it will be appreciated.  This is cast iron and glass.  The crank and grinder works well.  We think the glass jar and cap is original, however it doesn't screw very easily onto the grinder.  It fits on well enough, but not very tight.  I found it best to slightly unscrew the two screws on the sides, fit it on, tighten the screws back up, and just unscrew the metal jar top when needed.  You can see in the close up picture, the jar has a small crack at the threads where someone tried to jam it on the grinder.  This is hairline, and doesn't compromise the jar's integrity, nor do you see it when the jar is in place on the grinder.
The cup the grounds go into may or may not be original.  It fits well in place, but I've seen others that look different.  It's been with the grinder as long as anyone can remember.
The paint is original, and worn in places as you can see from the pictures.  It crank has a neat intricate design to it, otherwise it's a simple grinder. Overall this is in fair, working condition.
