Antique Royal Winton Summertime Chintz - Mustard Jam Pot Square Ascot

Description

Summertime pattern. Ascot shape.  Measures about 2.6 inches wide x 2.5 inches tall.  Gilt trim along the top edge.  It has a chip along the top edge that extends into a fine crack about 1 inch long (see photos).  Some crazing lines on the bottom and inside (see photos).  Bottom is marked "Royal Winton Grimwades, Made in England"   This is Backstamp 5 and would date it to the 1930s.
