If the roots are too dry, please soak the roots for a few minutes in water and plant them in a good orchid medium. The orchids should be going into thriving soon.
About package
The orchids will be shipped bare root wrapped with sphagnum moss. Please re-pot them with planting medium when they are received.

How to grow?
Water every 3-4 days in a sunny day.
Light and Shade
When growing Cymbidiums outdoors, place the plant where it receives bright defused light such as through a pine tree or shrub in early morning.
Very light afternoon sun works also. When you bring them indoors, give them as much light as you can (south, east or west windows).
About Orchid Blooms
Most orchids will bloom once a year, sending up one or more flower stalks from which multiple flowers spring.
With the proper growing conditions, orchid flowers can persist for 1-2 months.
