1979 Yamaha XS

Description

1979 Yamaha XS1100 Special! The bike runs, but not too well. The following have been replaced or fixed on it:
- New drag style handle bars
- New front brake master cylinder
- New bar end mirrors
- Lower profile tail light
- Chopped rear fender
- Relocated electronics
- rebuilt and sonic cleaned carburators
- New air filter
- New spark plugs
- 4-into-1 Kerker exhaust
- Slightly hidden start button
This thing will be an absolute beast for the right person! It sat for a few years being neglected until being purchased last year. Engine has good compression and will start up no problem. BUT!!! once you try to ride away it starts to cough and sputter. I'm kinda done futzing with it, i have other projects id rather do, and school is taking over my life, so my loss is your gain!
